*Resided in Italy where educated in the wine growing process

*Educated in the 350+ wine grapes produced throughout Italy

including over 2000 indigenous grapes grown

*Food and wine pairing complemented the education process

*Extensive knowledge of Italian wines, along with many years
experience with wines from around the world

*Importer/Wholesaler for 15 years - distributed to primarily
restaurants, in addition to retail wines shops

Assisted with food and wine menus

*Retail Wine Shop Owner - 10 years (2012 - present)

*Wine Tasting - presents and educates on all wines, along with
recommendations for food pairings

*Private Chef - 20 years - In-home food and wine dinners

James researches, tastes, and chooses all wines for purchase and
wine tasting in The Tasting Room.

A Free wine tasting "experience" is offered every Friday and Saturday.
